Warranty​

Thank you for choosing MidnightMinerals! We want to give you the highest levels of service. Therefore, please read the following conditions carefully and be sure to keep your original sales receipt for all warranty claims.

We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 1 year. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any MidnightMinerals product that has ceased to function properly. A valid purchase receipt or Order Number must be provided upon contact for warranty.

 

  1. WARRANTY TERMS

    1. The warranty period covers defects in workmanship and functional operation.

    2. The warranty and the extended warranty are only valid if purchased through midnightminerals.com or our official "midnightminerals" listings (as the "seller") on major platforms (amazon, ebay, etc.). Any other third parties are not official, are not authorized and are ineligible for midnightminerals.com warranty.

    3. Warranty is provided only for products purchased from an authorized source, (as described previously).

    4. Damaged Items

      1. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. You will be asked to provide your order number and a photo of the item's condition. ​

      2. We address issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. 

    5. Branded Products

      1. Products sold through Midnight Minerals can be from various brands. ​Where applicable, the warranty coverage through these brands generally aligns with that of Midnight Minerals. 

      2. Should any defects in workmanship arise, we consult and adhere to the specifics of that brand's warranty. 

      3. We evaluate every situation on a case-by-case basis. 

    6. Batteries

      1. All battery sales are final.

      2. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any battery as these are consumable goods and can be difficult to prove if unused and a result, cannot be reused or resold. ​

      3. Defective Cells (Dead on arrival). If you receive a battery which is DOA (completely dead and will not charge), please contact us within 3 days of  accepting delivery. We will accept these cells to be returned for a replacement under the following conditions:

        1. Batch / Serial numbers will be checked to verify the cells originated from Midnight Minerals. ​

        2. Battery must be new/unused without any signs of use.

        3. All original packaging must be included. 

    7. Warranty does not apply in the following:

      1. Failure or damage caused by artificial destruction, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.​

      2. Failure or damage caused by improper use, storage or maintenance

      3. Damage caused by battery leakage.

      4. Damage caused by improper maintenance

      5. Ordinary wear and tear/color fading

  2. REQUEST FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

    1. For requests that fall under eligible warranty and extended warranty, contact warranty@midnightminerals.com, or fill out the "contact us" form on midnightminerals.com with the following information:

    2. Your email should provide the following

      1. ​Purchaser full name

      2. Your email address

      3. Purchase date

      4. Your order number (or warranty redemption code if provided by MidnightMinerals)

      5. Where the purchase was made

      6. A brief description of the issue
